- "There is only one product photo, is it possible to get a better look?"
As BigCartel only lets users on a free plan post 1 image per listing, please go to my Twitter to view more photos! For similar reasons, I will only be posting a maximum of 5 unique listings at a time until further notice.
- "I'm not sure the sizing will fit me. Could I ask for modifications?"
For any inquiries regarding parts customization/substitution, send me a DM through any of my linked SNS handles! There will be no additional fee.
- "Where are you located?"
I live in the US (California)! Shipping is free for all orders in the United States.
- "When does my order ship?"
I try to ship all orders together between Monday and Tuesday!
- "Can you ship to my country?"
As long as your country is not on the USPS list for mail service suspensions (last updated: March 31, 2023), it is possible! However, do keep in mind that shipping fees will adhere to the standard USPS rates for large envelopes.
